Practice Manager & Non Clinical Lead

Helping You Make A Lasting Impact

Unable to recruit or recruiting unsuitable staff? Want to be able to use the pot of money provided by the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme to fundamentally change your practice but not sure how?

Imperium can help eradicate these problems for you. Our growing team of highly experienced prescribing and non-prescribing pharmacists and pharmacy technicians provide bespoke flexible resourcing.

We focus on bespoke, person-centered care alongside real-world commercial and clinical solutions to customers such as GP surgeries, PCNs, CCGs, STPs, community pharmacies, care homes and prisons.

We understand the challenges that present in the primary care sector. Our experience of working in GP surgeries, enables us to mobilise quickly and offer improved support, by providing patients with more detailed consultations where GPs have historically not had the time to offer.

Key Benefits

Enhanced personal care

Our team is reliable and has solid up-to-date clinical knowledge and skills. With the Imperium personal touch, we can provide a consultation often 2 or 3 times longer than with a GP. We enable a more detailed review for every patient, whilst enhancing the skills of your multi-disciplinary team. You can be more in control by having access to a specialist service where patients have visibility to up-to-date and detailed medicines knowledge, which in turn shaves valuable time off the GPs’ hands.

Closer monitoring & management of patients

We have the time to conduct more frequent medication reviews than GPs, improving the patient’s quality of life and wellbeing, which in turn can prevent complications and minimise worsening of conditions. This can relieve the stress on the NHS. Patients receive more frequent and detailed care, reducing the likelihood of urgent or emergency hospital admissions as the number of side effects reduce with closer monitoring.
